1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Scenica Studio at scenica.studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Scenica Studio is operated by Invosquare (SMC-PVT) LTD. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use Scenica Studio only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights
• Use the platform to produce spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform or its underlying services
• Violate YouTube's Terms of Service when publishing content through our YouTube integration

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at invosquare.tech@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. YouTube Integration

When you connect your YouTube account, Scenica Studio acts on your behalf using the YouTube Data API v3. You remain solely responsible for all content published to your channel. By using this feature you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using Scenica Studio belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers (Microsoft Edge TTS, Fal.ai FLUX). Scenica Studio's platform, interface, and code remain the property of Invosquare (SMC-PVT) LTD.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Scenica Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of AI-generated content is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invosquare (SMC-PVT) LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including damages related to content published to YouTube or third-party services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
